De Beer Group has acquired Oud-Beijerland-based injection moulding company AllinPlast Kunststoffenindustrie B.V. The company, which has 31 injection moulding machines and its own mould shop, is one of the medium-sized injection moulders in the Netherlands and focuses on the production of high-end technical plastic products.
The acquisition of Allinplast is an important step in broadening De Beer’s geographical presence. Although De Beer has its origins and headquarters in the Netherlands, until now its plastics activities were based and mainly focused on Germany.
For Allinplast, this acquisition is also an opportunity to increase its production capacity. A number of Allinplast’s customers were growing so fast that Allinplast’s factory was reaching its limits. With now collectively more than 90 injection moulding machines, 240 employees and its own mould construction at each location, De Beer Group has sufficient capacity and technical capabilities to cope with this growth.
With its existing two German injection moulding companies De Beer Beoplast GmbH and De Beer Breidenbach GmbH, De Beer Group now forms with Allinplast a leading player in the plastics industry.
By the end of 2022, De Beer Group will also commission its new CO2-neutral and emission-free plant in Linsengericht (DE).
